Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – King-size with ample furniture and dresser. Bedroom 2 – King-size with ample furniture and dresser. Bedroom 3 – 2 single beds with ample furniture and dresser.

Bathroom:
Bedroom one has a full on-suite bathroom, bedrooms two and three have separate bathrooms with shower, toilet and wash hand basin facilities.

Kitchen:
A spacious hand built kitchen with granite worktops. Offering a built in cooker, hob, extractor, microwave, toaster and six place settings. The washing machine is situated outside. An ironing board and iron are provided.

Living rooms:
Sumptuous fabric seating with views out to the gardens and pool is equipped with cable TV, DVD/CD player. High speed wireless internet facilities for your laptop are on their way. The living area opens into the diner with seating for four.

Other:
The Villas come with daily maid service included in the price, all linen and towels are provided-please bring your own beach towels or purchase locally. A local laundry service is available close-by at very reasonable prices.
Cost includes: accommodation, WI-FI internet, electricity: THB 2 000 per week (more than that is extra-paid), FREE use of car with 1st class insurance (booking more than 7 days), cleaning & bed-linen, towels changing every day.
