The hotel is priced at 32 million Baht , or you can take it on lease for 9 years or more.

In the case of leasing , the cost of the contract for nine years 5.5 million baht, ground rent paid separately 67,000 baht / month the first three years , and then every three years the rental price increases by 10 %.
