Location
Just 400 metres away from the bustling centre of Jomtien and another 400m to the beach, everything is on your doorstep. The ‘best breakfast in Jomtien’ is advertised just down the road, where convenience stores and a whole range of restaurants and massage parlours await. After a sun-soaked day of endless fun and pleasure with the gentle atmosphere that Jomtien Beach has to offer, you may notice an arch over the road that says ‘Welcome to Pattaya’ so, technically your villa is in Pattaya but definitely on the Jomtien side! Peace and tranquillity are guaranteed, but heading over Pratumnak Hill in a ‘songthaew’, which is the cheapest and easiest form of transport around the area, will take you into the actual heart of Pattaya with all its associated vibrant nightlife. Motorcycle and car hire are readily available around the locality for exploring all the varied attractions that this holiday destination has to offer.

Accomodation

Bedrooms

The master bedroom suite has both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. It is spacious with a large wall unit with shelves and desk suitable for a computer if you are allowed to work on holiday! The king size bed faces a flat screen TV with home cinema, and there is a sofa before entering the bathroom. The next guest bedroom is a double with very large fitted wardrobes, whilst the third bedroom has an extra large safe for added security.

Bathrooms

The master ensuite features a whirlpool bathtub with hair-washing shower mixer, and a separate stand-up shower area to the side. There are his and her double basins to set off a well-appointed bathroom. The other guest bedrooms share a house bathroom off the main living area, which features a WC and full size shower.

Dining Room

The dining area is within the kitchen area with a ceiling fan and chandelier over the circular glass table, which has four wicker armchairs. There is also an ornate iron framed mirror on the wall here adding character to the area. Of course, casual meals can be a delight around the pools.

Kitchen

The fitted kitchen begins with a breakfast bar and two stools. There is a fridge/freezer and granite worktops have a single draining sink and single mixer tap. A five-burner gas hob with extractor above ensures all the holiday meals can be prepared in style. There is a freestanding microwave, a Thai kettle, and a washing machine.

Living Rooms

The living room is grand offering a three-piece leather suite for ultimate comfort overlooking a marble topped coffee table and facing a flat screen TV with all the international channels. The TV is set in a wall-long unit, which has shelves, and even the door into the bedroom with the outsize safe.
