 This large villa on an even larger plot has everything to make your holiday rental a delight. The massive 15m X 9m pool has a springboard at the 12.7m deep end, so there is plenty of scope for improving diving techniques on your holiday in paradise. There is also a safety-railed padding pool area for the non-swimmers. The huge poolside areas have sun-loungers, tables galore, and a choice of al fresco dining areas including an ornate circular stone table with round matching stools. 


At night, the ambience changes with dramatic underwater and poolside lighting. There is plenty of shade under the ornate sala, which has an American standard size pool table, darts board, and a long narrow bar/worktop with an equally long bench for watching the matches. Inside carries a theme of art, and wood, with paintings adorning many walls and exquisite furniture throughout.

Location
This location has it all, with nightlife, in-house or salon massage nearby, shops and restaurants, yet the villa is quietly located within a peaceful gated village. Set at the end of a street there is no passing traffic, and the land slopes gently down to the sea in the distance to offer uninterrupted sea breezes to soften the heat whist working on the tan. A four-kilometre drive takes you into the heart of the busy Pattaya holiday scene, or the slightly more genteel atmosphere around the beaches of Jomtien just a little further.

Accomodation

Bedrooms

All bedrooms have air-conditioning. The master bedroom suite carries the theme of crafted wood by cleverly dividing two snug areas with wardrobe space. The king-size bed section has patio doors to the pool, whilst the central one has space for an extra sofa bed or cot. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and also has direct access to the pool. There is a further queen size bedroom in the main house. In the sala, there is a private bedroom with a king size bed and door access to the pool area, ideal for guests needing that extra freedom and privacy.

Bathrooms

The house bathroom is large and has a solar-heated high capacity rain shower, and American Standard low-level toilet, air-extractor, basin and window. The master ensuite also has a cubicle rain shower, long vanitory basin unit, and American WC. The sala bathroom is convenient both for swimmers and as the ensuite for the sala bedroom, having doors from both directions.

Dining Room

The dining area is conveniently placed for serving from the kitchen and consists of a large wooden oblong table with 8 matching chairs in tasteful surroundings. Further dining around the terraces, sala and pool give many choices to catch the cool sea breezes whilst feasting in the tropics.

Kitchen

The kitchen starts with three ornate stools at a breakfast bar and has a nautical theme. The double sink in a Cashmere-white granite draining board overlooks a window. There is a 4-ring electric hob, 2 of which are induction, with an extractor above and a ceiling fan. Together with the back door, it should be easy to stand the heat in the kitchen, although an easier option is to have your meals prepared for you by the willing and able cook. The kitchen also has an oven, microwave and refrigerator.

Living Rooms

Accessed though a large arch from the dining area, the living room has three ceiling fans and air-con, divided into two seating areas with a central games table area. Further, there is a 42” TV with satellite channels for English, Russian and international stations and a sofa and chairs for comfortable watching. Another arch takes you to a bookcase corridor between two bedrooms and the house bathroom. This whole room is a delightful place to relax after a hard day’s sun-worshipping and holidaying in the Land of Smiles.
