Arcadia - total area of the project is 11 rai (or 13 000 square meters). Arcadia will consist of 4 8-floor buildings (36 units on each floor). 1200 units. Height of ceilings is standard (2,65 m). All apartments are fully furnished (excl. TV and a fridge). Arcadia is a resort project, most of its infrastructure occupies large swimming pool with total area of appr. 3000 square metres. The pool is surrounded by sand beaches. Each building overlooks the beach. There is an underground parking. In the middle of project’s infrastructure there gonna be a shopping mall  (2300 square metres) with roof-top swimming pool and relaxation zones (swimming pool is appr. On 5th floor level). The building will host restaurants, fitness and SPA-zones. Ceilings are 3,5 m high.

There are 2 types of units:

• 1 BR (25 square meters)
• 2 BR (50 square meters)

On customer’s request we can combine 1 BR up to 100 square meters (1 BRx4). Starting price (limited price on 22nd November) is: City view  - 1 BR 1 199 000 baht (Thai quota) and 1 299 000 baht (foreign quota). Pool view 1 BR is 1 499 000 baht (foreign quota only) Construction will start October-November 2014, completion – December 2016.
